TTP223-BA6 / The TTP223-BA6 is a compact and low-power capacitive touch sensor IC developed by Tontek, designed to replace traditional mechanical push buttons with a reliable touch interface. It supports single-key touch detection, making it ideal for simple user interface applications.<br><br>The device operates within a wide supply voltage range of 2.0V to 5.5V, allowing compatibility with various embedded systems and microcontrollers. It features ultra-low power consumption, typically around 1.5 µA in low-power mode, making it highly suitable for battery-powered applications.<br><br>The TTP223-BA6 provides a stable and noise-immune touch detection mechanism, capable of detecting human touch through insulating materials such as plastic or glass.
